Trainee Sales & Leadership (m/f/d)

Your trainee program starts with a structured onboarding, a variety of training formats and collaboration in selected sales offices, where you will get first insights into our multi-channel sales model with over 600 sales locations, the field service and e-business. After the first half year in our sales offices, you will take over your own sales area in the field and get to know our craft customers directly on site - both in their factories and on construction sites - and thus gain valuable experience in direct sales. You are developing your area strategically - supported by modern AI-based tools for visiting planning, potential analysis and offering creation in the CRM system. In the twelfth month, you will conduct an orientation talk together with your manager and your mentor to specialize in your leadership career: branch management or district management in the field service. In the second year, you develop your leadership skills in a targeted manner, take first leadership tasks and are supported by personal support, mentoring and our systematic development program ''MOVE''. You build a strong network of sales-related functions at the company headquarters and participate in seminars and trainings around our products and systems as well as sales techniques. After 24 months you enter your target position and pursue your further career in sales at Würth.

You have a degree, ideally with economic or technical orientation. First experience in sales, craftsmanship or comparable customer environment is of advantage. You have a good understanding of technical products and bring curiosity and commitment to deal intensively with the processes and challenges of craft businesses. Clear, authentic and at eye level - this is how you meet customers. You are open to the use of modern AI-based tools and work securely with digital applications such as CRM systems, Outlook and Microsoft teams. You have the pleasure of motivating others, accepting feedback on personal development, and also giving constructive ideas to yourself. You think, do things proactively and follow your goals with endurance and empathy. With the class B driving licence, you are flexible and happy to travel to your customers and employees on site in the sales region.
