Commercial Employee (m/w/d) Human Resources

CONDOK's range of services includes system development and services as part of the Integrated Logistic Support. These include technical documentation, product and operational safety, logistical support for products and systems and software development for logistical data management. As a system house CONDOK develops and implements equipment and conversion measures in cabins and vehicles and performs repair services.

At the locations Kiel, Hamburg and Koblenz we support projects for the Bundeswehr and the civil industry. With our technical and logistical solutions for military and civil systems, we make a valuable contribution to ensuring the material commitment.

Staff administration: You support us in all administrative topics along the Employee Life Cycles. Care and digitization of personal files: You ensure order – digital and analogue. Recruiting support: You coordinate applicant management, write correspondence and plan interviews. Working with career events: You prepare professional trade fairs organizationally. Document creation: You create work certificates, certificates and perform further administrative tasks in the personnel sector. Support of the Head of Human Resources: You support organisational and operational tasks and ensure a smooth running in the daily business.

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Ideally professional experience in personnel administration or in personnel management Secure handling of MS Office and at best common personal software Structured, careful operation and high discretion in handling sensitive data Communication strength, team spirit and joy in dealing with people Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
