ELEKTROMATEN® stands worldwide for millions of proven, reliable drives, made in Germany. At our headquarters in Düsseldorf we develop, produce and distribute with 260 employees drives and controls. For over 70 years, we have been a medium-sized family company and leading supplier of industrial door drives. In our production, the individual parts are created for our industrial door drives – and thus the basis for the quality of our products. As a group manager (m/w/d), you take the professional leadership of the teams working in 3 layers. Together with your employees, you will ensure that production runs reliably, efficiently and quality-oriented.

You take over the professional leadership of employees in various production areas and ensure good cooperation in the team Your tasks include the implementation of the production program taking into account time and quality requirements You support your employees in their professional and personal development and strengthen the motivation in the team The management of group meetings as well as the support of the department management for professional and organizational topics are also part of your task You optimierst manufacturing processes and use methods of lean management, among others In the case of CS measures to improve effectiveness, ergonomics and quality, you actively contribute You are responsible for carrying out training for employees

A completed technical training, ideally for machining mechanic (m/w/d) (m/w/d), technical specialist (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in CNC cutting, ideal in series production and automation Ideally first experience in the professional management of employees Team and communication skills and responsibility Flexibility, loadability and a pronounced hands-on mentality An open and respectful way of dealing with colleagues
