Facility Manager

As a facility manager at SIGA, you take a central role in daily operation at our site in Halberstadt. You co-ordinate, commission and tax our external service providers, including cleaning, catering and the care of outdoor facilities, with high personal responsibility and commitment. At the same time, you enter and monitor our building facilities, perform small repairs independently and ensure that the site works reliably at any time with regular inspections of technology, buildings and equipment. For a well-kept appearance on the entire site, you create a pleasant and safe environment for employees, service providers and visitors. In addition, you are the contact person for the introduction, implementation and compliance of our facility process standards and work closely with the central departments. You can also support internal relocations, small construction work or events with practical use and good organization if necessary. SIGA in Halberstadt After Ruswil and Schachen (CH), our third production site is being built in Halberstadt (DE). This will strengthen our presence in our main market in Germany and create around 70 new jobs. Here we lay the foundation for even shorter delivery routes, more security of supply and a close exchange with our partners on site. Located next to the new SIGA plant in Halberstadt, hydroWEB, which has been part of our group since 2023, and produces high-quality nonwovens. Together we develop solutions that arise in the resin and act worldwide.

Complete craft or technical training ideally in the field of electrical, HLS, building technology or a comparable qualification Practical experience in facility management or housemaster service, at best in industrial environment Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C1) Safe handling of MS Outlook, MS Teams and MS Office programs Driving licence and readiness to travel to Switzerland High level of independent and flexible working with high quality standards, reliability and responsibility
