We are looking for reinforcement for our HR Operations & Payroll team at our locations Cologne, Hamburg or Stuttgart! Our national, 14-person HR Operations & Payroll team is looking forward to your support. We offer you the opportunity to actively contribute to your commitment, curiosity and expertise. Advice: As a central contact person, you are responsible for about 250 employees and support both colleagues and the partnership in all personal questions from onboarding to offboarding. Payments & support: You take responsibility for the preparation and implementation of the monthly pay bill as well as for topics such as holiday, supplements, working time models, exams, certificates and data management. Communication: You are in exchange with health insurance companies, public authorities and social security institutions and ensure smooth procedures. Company development: If you are interested, you can contribute to the implementation of exit interviews and thus make a valuable contribution to the development of the company. Optimization and system development: You have fun working with us to further develop our processes and support the introduction of our new SAP systems.

You bring a completed commercial training (e.g. as a personal businesswoman, tax specialist, businessman for office management or the like) or a completed study e.g. of economics. You've been able to gain professional experience in personal care/administration as well as a well-founded knowledge in payroll accounting.
