In the course of further business development, we are looking for an inspiring Head of HR / HR Manager (m/w/d). In this key function, you run the personnel team, answer the personnel management and develop the HR area forward-looking. Management of the HR Department with currently 2 senior and 5 other employees Initiation and control of strategic personnel projects as well as optimization of all important personnel processes - from recruiting to onboarding and personnel development to employee retention You are with the Sparringspartner HR department for management and executives in all personal questions Support of management in personnel demand planning and participation in organisational development and change management Development and implementation of a holistic personnel strategy in line with the firm vision Design of remuneration structures and benefits as well as ensuring labour law and regulatory compliance in cooperation with Legal Counsel Conducting and implementing future-relevant HR projects such as Introduction of a new HR software, setting up a AI-based HR IT and more.

Completed studies in the field of BWL, human resources, law or a comparable qualification Multiannual leadership experience in human resources - ideally in a firm or in a service company Strong leadership skills and good communication skills You are able to analyse complex issues, derive concrete recommendations for action and implement measures You are characterized by good presentation skills and can act professionally on different levels
