For a dynamic company in Rüsselsheim am Main, we are looking for a Project Manager Finance (m/w/d), which drives strategic initiatives efficiently and acts as an interface between finance, IT and other departments.

Management and control of financial projects from conception to successful implementation (e.g. digitalization, process optimization, system introductions) Analysis of existing financial processes and identification of optimization potentials Creation of project plans, budget calculations, risk analyses and status reports Coordination of interdisciplinary teams (finance, IT, controlling, operations and external partners) Ensuring compliance with timetables, budgets and quality standards Preparation and moderation of workshops, meetings and decision-making Documentation of project results and transfer to operational operation Support for change management processes in financial transformations

Graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Business Informatics or Similar Multiannual experience in project management, ideal in the financial environment Knowledge of finance processes (e.g. accounting, controlling or treasury) Experience with project management methods (classical and/or agile) Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) as well as reporting tools and MS Office Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Embossed communication and moderation capabilities Very good knowledge of German and English
