Your tasks – You make the difference with us: Control, coordination and quality assurance of external IT service providers in the field of software packaging, software distribution and endpoint management

Responsibility for requesting, voting, planning, coordination, testing coordination and acceptance of software packages for Windows, macOS, iOS and Android

Ensure device compliance and compliance with defined corporate policies

Quality assurance of compliance with security standards by the IT provider (e.g. patching, policy implementation, configuration standards)

Close cooperation and regular coordination with the IT security area to ensure compliance, security and quality requirements in the endpoint environment

Professional control of providers in packeting, rollout planning, testing and troubleshooting

Coordination and moderation of incident, problem and change management in responsibility

Analysis, standardization and optimization of existing processes for software delivery and device management

Communication with internal support units to important changes, process adjustments and planned rollouts

Creation of documentation for support units and end users – as required

Identification, assessment and recommendation of appropriate technologies and tools in the field of software packaging and endpoint management – in close coordination with IT security and relevant stakeholders

Your profile – This is what you enthuse us: Complete studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable qualifications

Multiannual professional experience in provider or IT service management, ideally in the enterprise environment

Good knowledge of software packaging technologies (MSI, MSIX, PowerShell, Win32 Apps)

Understanding modern endpoint management and MDM solutions (Intune, macOS, MDM, Android Enterprise, iOS/iPadOS)

Experience in controlling external service providers and in handling SLAs, KPIs and service reporting

Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change), ideally ITIL V4 Service Management Certification

Analytical, Structured and Process-oriented Operation

High communication capability, enforcement capability and secure stakeholder management

Very good knowledge of German (C1) and good knowledge of English (min. B2)
