Regional Manager – Healthcare (m/f/d)

Responsibility for multiple locations within your region Close cooperation with the respective practical and site managements Support for operational, organisational and economic issues and their qualitative development Analysis of relevant key figures and development of appropriate measures for the further development of the sites Accompanying change processes and promoting a cross-site exchange

Experience in managing or supporting multiple sites, practices, clinics or comparable units Ideally background in healthcare, practice, clinic or comparable multi-site structures Understanding business relationships and operational processes Sovereign dealing with different personalities and growing structures Pragmatism, communication strength and a solution-oriented mode of operation readiness to travel within the region
