Preparation and submission of authorisation documents for import medicinal products Monitoring and active support of our products over the entire product life cycle (to keep text and layout adaptation up-to-date) Maintenance and maintenance of approval documents as well as packaging files in various databases, including MS-Dynamics AX) Administrative activities (document, storage and archiving of documents and database maintenance) Communication with Authorisation Authorities in German, English and Italian Creating the packaging materials (use information, labels, folding cartons) required for the outer packaging/labelling according to medical and trademark requirements

A completed training, like in commercial or pharmaceutical fields Italian knowledge in word and writing (at least B2-level), good knowledge of English Good knowledge about the usual PC applications such as MS Office Knowledge of the Adobe product family (CS6 – Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) are advantageous, but not absolutely necessary Reliable and accurate operation Team skills, motivation and a hand on mentality
