As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,700 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. We are looking for responsible IT specialists who are convinced that the Bundeswehr-IT will further develop in challenging digitalization projects and thus contribute to Germany's security.

With your application developer pool, the Customer Solution ERP Customer Application Management CBC 4 Development division ensures the SAP and programming services of customer applications in a complex SAP overall solution. In the coming years, redemption and Reengineering of non-SAP applications and the development of future-oriented SAP applications based on S4/HANA, SAP UI5/FIORI, ABAP, ABAP 00 and SAP Cloud. With software engineering according to State of the Art, we will substantially support the digital transformation and sovereignty of BWI and its customers.

Your profile:

Successfully completed IT-related studies or comparable training i.V.m. at least 4 years of well-founded professional experience in software development in the SAP financial environment

Process and user knowledge in the field of finance

Funded knowledge in the field of SAP E-Rechnung

knowledge in the field of ABAP Classic, WebDynpro, and/or the implementation in SAP Forming (SAPscript / Smartforms / SAPlnteractive Forms)

Team and communication skills combined with a high customer orientation

German language skills in word and writing

Your tasks:

Programming requirements and changes in the programming language ABAP/OO in the SAP FI

Participation in the technological introduction of the SAP solution

Self-creation of test data as well as testing of financial applications to Major Releases and Weekly Updates

Maintenance and maintenance of existing programs and systems as part of lncident and Problems

Analysis of process requirements in cooperation with the module supervisor as well as the specialist department and development of implementation concepts in the focus of finance
