Your tasks with us You guide and control your cleaning team and manage deployment planning and documentation You ensure that contractually agreed services are provided and take over quality assurance You are responsible for budget management You build a close customer relationship and identify potential opportunities to offer more services You accept complaints from your customers and raise the causes You will strengthen our building cleaning team for 40 hours a week in Berlin (center) and will host various objects, customers and employees in the city area.
