Object support and ensuring a smooth technical operation Implementation of small repairs in the building Regular inspection roundabouts to control plants, technical facilities and general areas Coordination and support of entrepreneurs and external service providers Contact for our customers and users on site for technical issues Documentation of the work carried out as well as notification of disturbances and damage to the object management

Completed craft training, ideally in the field of electrical, sanitary/heating/climate, metal or comparable Professional experience in home technology, in building management or in a similar environment Technical understanding and craftsmanship Reliable, independent and service-oriented operation Friendly and binding occurrence in dealing with customers and service providers Good knowledge of German in word and writing Willingness to participate in the call readiness service (with additional remuneration) Driving licence class B required
