Inclusion Specialist (m/w/d)

We are looking for you for the health office of the state capital of Stuttgart. The posts must be occupied without delay. For the construction of a new inclusion team we are looking for professionals for use in kitas of small free carriers. The activity includes changing places of use and working hours, which vary according to inclusion requests. Working hours are based on the periods of care of the eligible children in Kita. Our team office is located in Bad Cannstatt.

You take over the individual observation and promotion of individual children with inclusion requirements in the kitas of the small free carriers The implementation and documentation of the funding and participation targets of the eligible child is also included in your task You support professional and advise the Kita teams in the field of inclusion Your tasks include interdisciplinary cooperation with the professional groups involved in the promotion of the child, including Kita leadership and Kita team You work together in the team of the Inclusion Pool (Team meetings, training, Supervision) A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

A completed training as a medical teacher with state recognition A completed training as an educator, health caregiver, health caregiver and child caregiver with educational and inclusive knowledge, each with state recognition or A completed training as an ergotherapist/in or logoped/in Social workers can also apply: Social education/-in with state recognition, childhood education/-in with state recognition, educational scholar with social education Flexibility and readiness to adapt in cooperation with the eligible child and its reference system, including in working hours Knowledge and experience in working with children with special support needs and their families are desirable.
