In this trusted role, you are a contact person for wealthy private customers and ensure a smooth running in the background. Support in the supervision and execution of mandates – with a focus on the private financial secretariat Coordination of appointments, business operations and external communication Organisation & documentation in the mandate environment (e.g. customer documents, presentations) Cooperation with internal and external partners

Completed commercial training, e.g. as a bank clerk or tax specialist Experience in an assistance function in demanding customer environment Structured, reliable and discrete operation Safe in handling MS Office and digital tools
