As a free carrier of youth aid, ISA KOMPASS creates habitats for children, young people and young adults. Based on a living protection concept, we offer both protection and structures that promote self-determined development and equal participation in our society. Through our work we want to contribute to an inclusive and colorful society.

For our educational group in Koblenz - Arzheim we are looking for a pedagogical specialist who brings a lot of empathy, serenity and a high degree of humor and is open to new ideas and innovative professional approaches.

Our work at the HPWG Arzheim is characterized by an appreciative, respectful, resource-oriented and open attitude and communication within the team and with our children and young people. Participation and complaint as well as protection against abuse of power have a central role in us. Our pedagogical work is aimed at children, adolescents and families very individually and is complemented by systemic methods and experience educational elements. In our group, children and young people from six to 18 years of age live in an optimal position both in the centre and nature. The large age range and also the location make everyday pedagogy very varied and offer many opportunities to introduce pedagogical expertise from different directions, to develop and to shape the group everyday through their own creative approaches. We are very well integrated into the social space and work closely and trustfully with other institutions and cooperation partners. Cooperation and networking for the well-being and protection of children and young people is of course for us.
