Systems Engineer Integration of Combat Management Systems (m/f/d)

As a system engineer (m/w/d) in our design, you create the system definitions for deployment systems on naval ships. Your tasks include the preparation and testing of construction specifications for Combat Management Systems. Functional interfaces between the Combat Management System and “external” systems are coordinated with our different specialist departments and suppliers. In addition, you control subcontractors responsibly to ensure smooth operations. All data and documents of the Combat Management System are maintained in the ERP and CAD system so that You are always up-to-date and comprehensible. At the same time, it is your responsibility to create test documents in time to demonstrate the specified performances and requirements. You support the project managers in the field of communication systems to clients, classification societies or authorities. As part of the test phases, you are part of the test team and accompany or carry out all relevant test stages (FAT, HAT, SAT) of the Combat Management System.

Complete study in the field of system technology, ship technology, communications technology, electrical engineering or comparable discipline Team and communication skills, especially for coordination with internal and external partners: Experience in dealing with the contracting authority is particularly welcome here Experiences in system engineering or in the integration of complex technical systems – ideally in the maritime, technical or safety-critical environment Security check according to T2 or readiness to pass through them Standing for occasional missions
