You are the interface between finance and operational business — a high-saving partner for our management and a driving factor in business decisions

Analysis of business performance indicators, deriving concrete recommendations for action and discussing them with the management of our operating subsidiaries Creation and responsibility of monthly financial and KPI reporting and budget planning — clear, precise and decision-relevant Proactive accompaniment of our operating units in business matters Supporting the management of strategic projects, creating business cases and analyses Responsibility for financial consolidation and reporting to investors Conception and implementation of projects for “audit-readiness” Close cooperation with financial accounting Financial integration of holdings Direct reporting to the CFO

Complete study of the business economy, finance or a comparable discipline 2-4 years of professional experience in auditing, financial, controlling or as finance business partner, preferably in start-ups, scale-ups or in the middle class Advantageous experience in the real estate industry, house management or a related environment Embossed communicative strength — You are used to discuss with managing directors at eye level and also to clearly communicate uncomfortable numbers Analytical thinkability and detail accuracy combined with a sense of operating business Hands-on mentality — with a structured and self-responsive way Secure handling of Excel and common BI tools as well as high AI affinity Very good English skills in word and writing
