You lead our transshipment team based at the Hamburg and Bremen locations, which is responsible for the entire ship handling of shipping routes with Transhipment Cargo in German ports. You coordinate bookings on various services and ships and ensure a smooth process including customs processing and IMO declaration. You develop processes, standardize processes and work closely with internal interfaces (e.g. IT, Finance, HR, Zoll) and external partners. You support the development of your employees through clear objectives, feedback, individual development plans and a sustainable error culture. You represent our values in daily action and strengthen ownership, performance and team spirit.

Readiness to travel between our locations Hamburg and Bremen (the main location would be Hamburg) Experience in maritime logistics / shipping – ideally with first leadership experience knowledge of ship handling, customs processes, hazardous goods handling (IMO) and booking systems Impressed organizational strength and a high quality and responsibility awareness Experience with performance control (KPIs, target agreements, reviews) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Communication strength, decision-making pleasure and a team-oriented leadership
