For an internationally operating company we are looking for:

Senior Project Manager (m/w/d)

Tasks

They are responsible for the performance of large-scale TGA projects (new and existing) in the areas of power plants, energy centers and data centers.

As the first contact person for our German-speaking customers, you conduct the project and take over the coordination of all parties.

They negotiate with customers and suppliers and run the project team, consisting of specialist project managers, project engineers, system planners and construction managers, to successfully implement the project.

They identify and evaluate project risks and monitor their development.

In critical project situations, you analyze the challenges and take targeted measures – economically, technically and in the field of occupational safety.

They are responsible for contract management and the technical execution of the project – from execution to commissioning and final acceptance by the customer.

Profile

Completed studies in utility technology, electrical engineering or a related field – alternatively completed training with master or technical training in these areas

Multiannual experience in managing large-scale projects in plant engineering, technical building equipment (TGA) or the construction industry (e.g. in a general company)

Ideally knowledge of common project management methods such as IPMA, GPM or PMI

Analytical thinking combined with strategic and economic action

High planning and organisational capacity as well as strong negotiation skills

Secure handling of MS Office and MS Project

German and good knowledge of English

Class B driving licence and readiness to travel
