You are responsible for our Compensation, Benefits and Rewards strategy for the German locations – from lawyers to business services to executives and develop them further You lead the Compensation & Benefit team and participate in the day-to-day operating business You design market- and performance-oriented compensation systems (fixed and variable pay) and advise management and practice groups on all pay-related issues You can manage the annual salary and bonus rounds (salary review, bonus processes, budget planning) and ensure a transparent, comprehensible basis of decision You develop and develop modern Benefits programs (e.g. mobility, prevention, health, work-life balance) You build data-based control instruments and HR analytics in the Compensation & Benefits range, conduct market and benchmark analyses and guide concrete action recommendations You will regularly compile evaluations and analyses on salary structures, internal comparisons as well as diversity and pay equity aspects You identify potentials for standardization, digitization and automation – including the sensible use of modern technology and AI – and implement them together with relevant stakeholders You're creating reports, forecasts, budget reviews, presentations and ad hoc analyses You work closely with HR Operations, Finance, Controlling and other interfaces as well as with auditors and tax advisors:inside You accompany audits and other internal and external audit and control processes
Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, finance, (HR) management or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in Compensation & Benefits / Rewards / Total Rewards, ideally in a firm, professional services or other service-oriented environment Very good understanding of compensation systems, bonus and incentive models as well as labour and tax principles in the German context Excellent numerical affinity and very good analytical skills, safe handling with Excel and ideally experience with HR and reporting systems Safe handling of tax issues and experience in dealing with audit processes Ideally experience with SAP S/4Hanna, DATEV, Aderant or comparable systems Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working methods and the ability to prepare complex situations in a comprehensible and address-oriented manner High service orientation, communication strength and professional appearance towards partners: Own initiative, willingness to design and joy in continuously developing processes, tools and instruments Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
