The EDEKA group Nordbayern-Sachsen-Thüringen, based in Rottendorf, is one of seven regional groups of companies of the cooperatively organized EDEKA association. It is a wholesale trade and designer for around 900 retail markets of the brands “EDEKA”, “E center”, “MARKTKAUF” and “diska” in northern Bavaria, northern Baden-Württemberg, Thuringia and Saxony. In addition, the FRANKEN-GUT subsidiary operates two production plants for meat and sausage products. The cooperative as a nucleus cell of the group of companies was founded in 1912. They process independently and independently accountable accounting processes of the clients assigned to you daily; these are self-employed EDEKA purchasers who can use this service as an EDEKA regional company You are responsible for preparing the accounts of our clients for the completion of annual accounts and their audit of compliance with current trade and tax regulations They are also responsible for the ongoing quality assurance in the field of monthly and annual accounts; and continuously analyze and optimize administrative processes They process ad hoc requests and act as a contact person for clients as well as tax advisers, business and auditors Participation in various projects in the context of accounting/controlling is also part of your task

Ideally, you have a successfully completed vocational training as a tax specialist (m/w/d), account holder (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification You can already demonstrate experience in the multi-annual accounting You convince us by your high commitment and resilience as well as by your team-oriented and independent working In their daily work, you benefit from your analytical thinking A careful and conscientious procedure is of course for you They have a certain affinity to understand technical accounting processes and to work quickly into and develop them Your profile is rounded off by a familiar handling of the current MS Office applications; SAP knowledge is advantageous, but do not constitute a prerequisite
