In our team, you are a contact person for our partners:inside and work on specific personnel topics around their partnership. In this context, you will perform various tasks, including: You support exciting processes and projects around our partners: in doing so you get a sense of the dynamics of an international business environment. You work independently with our data and systems, keep content up to date and contribute to making informed decisions. You contribute to the further development and digitization of our processes and learn how modern HR work is efficiently designed. You prepare content, analyze data and develop meaningful evaluations as well as presentations for everyday work. You question the existence, bring your own ideas in and actively participate in developing our area continuously.

This position shall be set for at least 6 months for 20 hours per week.

You study economics, (economic)psychology, social sciences or a comparable degree course at least in the 3rd semester and have already gained first practical experience in the HR field. You're sure to go with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and you're happy to prepare and illustrate data. You have very good German and English skills (each C1 level).
