Project-Portfolio-Manager (m/f/d)

Project management: You conduct and control IT projects with different complexity, from initiation to successful completion. This includes the detailed planning, coordination and monitoring of project scope, schedule, budget and resources as well as the efficient management of interdisciplinary project teams from IT, departments and external partners. Portfolio Management: You actively shape and control the IT project portfolio to ensure the strategic orientation and achievement of the corporate goals. These include evaluation, prioritisation and selection of projects based on business value, risk profile and resource availability across the entire portfolio. You are responsible for overarching resource management and continuous optimization of portfolio performance. Governance & Reporting: You are responsible for implementing and maintaining robust project and portfolio management governance structures. This includes consolidated reporting on the status and performance of individual projects and the overall portfolio to all relevant stakeholders and top management. Strategic development: You support the development of products and solutions with IT reference (e.g. digital services, platform solutions, automation) and ensure their strategic classification and contribution to the overall portfolio. Potential analysis & decision-making: You identify optimization and digitization potentials in processes and system landscapes and develop decision-making templates for management that take into account both individual projects and the strategic orientation of the portfolio.

Funded project management expertise: multi-year experience in the successful management of complex IT projects and in the coordination of different stakeholders. You have excellent knowledge of classic and/or agile project management methods (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, Scrum, hybrid models). Proven portfolio management competence: Practical experience in the definition, analysis and management of IT project portfolios. You understand how to translate strategic corporate goals into a coherent project portfolio and continuously maximize its value contribution. Technological understanding: deep understanding of IT architectures, system landscapes and digital platform solutions as well as experience in the environment of digital products, customer solutions or IT-based business processes. Analytical and Communicative Skills: Embossed Analytical and Conceptual Skills to quickly capture complex facts and make informed decisions at project and portfolio level. Strong communication and moderation capabilities as well as a safe occurrence in relation to all hierarchy levels.
