Business Manager Engineering (m/w/d) Düsseldorf Your responsibility department management: You lead a team consisting of sales staff and recruiters:inside you are the first contact person:in disciplinary, technical and strategic questions Regional unity: You continue to expand our business by actively searching for phone and personal contact with regional new and existing customers in the field of engineering/engineering IT Personality as a success factor: Through personal consultations with your local customers, you understand their requirements in engineering and develop successful business relationships Close to it: You conduct job interviews and personnel talks and attend your team from project employees Management: You coordinate customer projects and personal requests The next level is your start at FERCHAU: our Welcome Days, trainings, seminars, hospitations and e-learnings of the FERCHAU Academy (including on the topics: sales, labour law and contract types, acquisition) Unlimited employment contract, 30 days annual holiday & holiday allowance Additional uncovered participation regardless of our salary and the ability to work on mobile Private usable company car from the 1st working day - after the 6th Month Configure your car (Audi, BMW, Mercedes, VW, etc.) yourself

Your experience as a key to success Complete university studies or training, ideally with technical background Relevant professional experience in the staff service in the field of R & D Real team play and the ability to establish new contacts and build long-term, sustainable relationships Innovation, Leadership Mintset & Hands-on-Mentality German (C1 level), good knowledge of English and valid driving licence (car)
