Their future tasks are located in the Department for the central operation of the IT infrastructure. The wide range of tasks of the department includes the operation and provision of the central high-availability data centres. The RZ Infrastructure, RZ Management Unit will focus on: Coordination of a team in operational data center operation (location Berlin) Support for work area management Development and optimization of processes and methods in RZ operation Working in IT projects (concept and documentation) Implementation of RC regulations, directives and technical measures taking into account customer requirements Participation in readiness

Compulsory qualifications Higher education (Bachelor or equivalent) in an IT-presented study programme, e.g. in the fields of computer science, communications, technical building management, climate technology, technical infrastructure or data center management, and in addition at least three years of practical experience in IT As an alternative: proven equivalence and experience in the corresponding profession of at least 6 years As an official, you are in the career of the superior service in the BesGr. A11 or A 12 BBesO You have at least two years of experience in data center operations (focus on IT hardware) at the level of cf. German knowledge of comparable B2 level according to the common European reference framework for languages (GER). Technically advantageous: Passion and enthusiasm for data centres as well as a structured and self-responsible way of working Very good knowledge of RZ operation, ideally complemented by experience in technical building equipment (TGA) and IT infrastructure Experience in service management and customer communication Good knowledge of IT security according to IT-Grundschutz Detectable experience in IT project work as well as significant operational experience in IT service management Personally advantageous: Initiative and ownership Cooperation and team skills Systematic-methodic planning and procedure Addressees and service orientation Loadability and stress resistance In addition, you will agree to work on at least three days a week on site. Both the incorporation and the task require an increased presence at the location in Berlin. The successful completion of an extended safety review under the Security Audit Act is a mandatory requirement for the permanent exercise of the activity.
