In-house IT consultant HR applications (m/f/d)

As part of our in-house consultant:in-house teams, you will lead our customers:inside from the disciplines through the challenges of digitalization. You are designed to solve complex problems for project success and implement exciting HR IT projects in our Europe-wide group in a specialist expert. Digitization: Analysis and introduction of modern digitalization approaches for internal customers: in the fields of personnel, personnel development and billing HR Process Design and Consultancy: Conception of HR Processes and Advice for optimal software-related imaging with Workday, Accurat HCM from SD Worx and SAP Areas of focus: Focus on personal master data, time management, absences and reporting with Workday as well as integration of adjacent IT systems and wage billing in cooperation with SD Worx IT projects: Successful implementation of national and international IT projects in all phases of the project together with your team, from conception to technical implementation and commissioning to support Perspective: Takeover of professional responsibility and/or control functions, such as (partial) project management according to your expertise and preference

Studies/training: studies of economics, industrial informatics, industrial engineering or comparable training Practical experience: Concrete experiences in the implementation of IT projects as a consultant or in the field of process management are a big plus IT-Affinity: Embossed IT-Affinity and Ability to translate company requirements into software requirements Communication strength & language skills: Very good communication skills in the technical environment in German and English Soft Skills: Ability to address new challenges in a structured, proactive and independent manner
