As a Business Development Manager (m/w/d), you shape the global growth strategy of our mobile solutions, recognise strategic business opportunities at an early stage and actively promote innovation, partnerships and sustainable growth.

You analyze global market trends, customer requirements and competitive activities in the mobile markets Marine, Governmental, Rail, Mining and Automation You develop, tax and implement a comprehensive global growth strategy for mobile solutions across regions, segments, portfolios, services and networks You guide strategic initiatives and projects and identify new business opportunities You build strategic partnerships and coordinate M&A initiatives including screening, due diligence, completion and post‐Merger integration You develop new business models, product initiatives and innovative ideas focusing on digital transformation and future technologies You prepare meaningful presentations for top management and steering committees and present strategic findings as well as project progress You work closely and continuously with global sales as well as relevant internal stakeholders such as strategy, product management and controlling Ready to co-design the future? Graduate in Business Administration, Engineering or Comparative Qualification, Master's Degree 3-5 years of professional experience in business consulting or a strategic function in an industrial company Experience in a related industry of advantage Designed analytical and conceptual skills and an innovative, entrepreneurial mindset High target orientation and strong implementation strength Passion and experience in dealing with future technologies and markets Excellent customer orientation as well as very good team and communication skills Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Ready to travel up to 20 % So you bring the right skills and motivation to start with us!
