• Conducting manual assembly activities on modern components
• equipping pallets and providing materials for production
• Operating and monitoring of machines in the ongoing manufacturing process
• Control the finished parts for quality and completeness
• Supporting colleagues in optimizing workflows
• Keeping cleanliness and safety regulations at work

• First experience as production staff, assembly staff or machine operators
• Craft skills and a basic technical understanding
• willingness to work in the shift system to benefit from attractive supplements
• Advantage: Experience in quality testing or visual control
