You equip and solder electronic assemblies in SMD and THT technology. You work on charts by drawing, list of pieces and work instructions. You solder fine components under the microscope. You test assemblies with AOI, AXI, microscope and X-rays. You recognize errors, evaluate solder joints and perform rework. You exchange components, solder solder joints and remove solder bridges or short circuits. You document test results and provide feedback for continuous improvement. You work in modern electronics manufacturing with high quality standards.

You have a technical training with electronics or a recognized foreign degree. You have first experience in electronics production, machine operation or PCB assembly. You can read technical drawings, piece lists or simple production documents. You have a calm hand, good fine motors and work concentrated. You're ready to work on the microscope. You don't need to know all the systems or programs. Operation, programming and details are trained. IPC experience is helpful. A missing or expired certificate can be consulted internally. SAP knowledge is helpful, but no need. Good German skills are sufficient if you can communicate safely in everyday work. You work reliably, quality-consciously and like to work in the team.

Content: 55,000 € to 65,000 € Basic salary according to IG Metall-Tarif, plus shift supplements, holiday and Christmas money. Working time: full time with 35-hour week, Monday to Friday in 2-shift operation without night shifts. Layers: You work in early or late layers. Participation in the shift classification is possible.
