Manager Digitalization & Process Innovation (m/f/d)

You develop and control a use-case portfolio that includes self-service, subscription online, AI assistance (Chat/Voice) and automation solutions. To do this, you will develop a digitalization roadmap incl. Business Cases, economic considerations and prioritization that you constantly update. With your expertise, you take over the management and co-direction of digitalization projects and are responsible for both budget and resource planning and monitoring. In addition, you plan and implement workshops on discovery, process design or customer journey mapping – and are the interconnecting entity in stakeholder management between departments, IT, data protection and law. The requirement management is your field of play: from acceptance criteria to user stories and release follow-up to acceptance test (UAT). Last but not least, identify, evaluate, develop and integrate AI-assisted solutions – chatbots, intelligent routing, Agent Assist & Co. – that you link to the CRM knowledge database (Microsoft Dynamics) so that our processes reach a higher level and perform all applications.

completed technical/university studies (Master or Diploma) in Business Informatics, Business Administration (BWL), Computer Science, Process Management or a similar subject or a comparable qualification and relevant professional experience, routine in project management and stakeholder management, ideally in the ÖPNV or another mobility environment, Know-how in digitalization and process optimization – at best incl. AI applications, automation and analysis and modelling of business processes, experience in the design of digital products (e.g. apps, self-service portals, web applications) and in request management (user stories, acceptance criteria, tests, acceptances), very good MS Office knowledge and practice with a CRM system, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.
