Product Owner Infrastructure & Security (m/f/d)

Strategically aligning technology: You develop target images and roadmaps for infrastructure, security and platform topics and ensure a clear prioritization of technical fields of action. Make platforms sustainable: You are responsible for the strategic further development of our infrastructure, identity, integration and automation platforms and provide the basis for sustainable growth. Bringing concepts into effectiveness: you accompany measures through technical introduction to reliable use in everyday working life – for this you test usage and effect, get feedback, eliminate obstacles and develop the solutions iteratively. Develop security and governance: Together with experts for resilient security, risk and governance structures, you will strengthen GuideCom's technological trust base. Making innovations usable: You evaluate new technologies, platforms and AI solutions, develop sustainable target images and implement technological possibilities into concrete added value. Connecting people and themes: You work closely with experts, in-house consultants, departments and management and create clarity about goals, priorities and decisions.

You have several years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, IT Management or a comparable role with strategic responsibility. You have a sound technical understanding of infrastructure, security, cloud platforms, identities and modern workplace technologies. You can structure complex technical relationships, prioritize and develop resilient target images, roadmaps and decision bases. You are passionate about new technologies, especially in the fields of AI, automation, cloud and security, and you can realistically evaluate their potentials. You work structured, analytically and pragmatically and keep an overview of complex issues. You can communicate safely with technical experts, specialist departments and executives and provide orientation in challenging change processes. You don't have to be able to configure or implement any technology yourself. A sound technical understanding, strategic thinking and the ability to bring people and themes together in a targeted manner are crucial.
