In order to strengthen our Labour Relations Team, we are looking for a HR Labour Relations Manager (m/w/d) at the next possible time, which will develop and develop legal and professional cooperation with our works council bodies.

successfully completed study of law or a comparable subject with a focus on staff relevant professional experience in labour relations or in a comparable labour law function very good and practical knowledge of working law with a focus on business constitutional law well-founded experience in independent cooperation with works council bodies as well as in the negotiation of complex co-determinable topics and business agreements strong consulting and negotiation skills as well as a safe and value-assuring appearance towards different stakeholders Ability to structure complex facts, evaluate different interests and develop address-oriented and practical solutions high degree of self-responsibility, decision-making and a structured way of working routined handling of current MS Office applications
