SUPPORT: You build our IT business at the location, develop the branch strategically and operationally and identify new business potentials CONTRIBUTION & COURSE: You win new customers in the IT environment, develop existing customers and position our IT personnel service on the regional market RECRUITING & DISTRIBUTION: You secure the acquisition of appropriate IT professionals and managers and are responsible for the professional support of our customers, candidates and employees DEVELOPMENT: You lead, develop and motivate your team and create the conditions for successful cooperation PROCESSES & RESULTS APPROVAL: You develop structures and processes, control the relevant key figures and report regularly to the management our network in the IT industry is continuously expanding

Multiannual professional experience in staff services, ideally in the IT environment Experience in employee transfer, recruitment and/or service contract business and ideally first leadership experience Embossed sales and customer orientation and joy in building new business areas Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, communication strength and a sovereign occurrence Structured, solution-oriented operation and understanding of key figures and economic relationships Safe handling of digital tools and CRM systems as well as readiness to travel within Germany
