At the DRK location Raisdorf, the DRK-Landesverband Schleswig-Holstein e.V. offers various housing, support, work and care services to children, young people and adults with physical and multiple disabilities.

In the DRK School and Therapy Centre's boarding school, up to 42 pupils, trainees and students live in 3 housing groups, who are accompanied and supported there in all aspects of their everyday life.

Your duties

• Promotion and support of residents on the basis of the design of the institution
• Acquisition of primary care and partly special treatment care activities (e.g. invasive breathing)
• Working in a multi-professional team
• Careful documentation and reporting according to the BTHG standards

Your profile

• Senior Caregiver (m/w/d), Senior Caregiver (m/w/d) or Senior Caregiver (m/w/d)
• Experience in working with people with special needs
• Respectful, friendly and tolerant way in interpersonal handling
• Organisational skills and a high level of responsibility
• Flexible, independent and dedicated operation
• Openness for cooperation with various professional groups and interest in continuing and continuing training
• Class B licence is desirable, but no condition
