Responsibility for the execution of our company's monthly fee billing in accordance with the statutory, collective agreements and operational regulations Management of working hours and holiday accounts in the time recording system Advising our executives and employees on billing-relevant issues Competent contact person for health insurance funds, social security institutions and authorities, as well as the acquisition of certification and reporting Processing and coordination of the data for and with accounting (content bookings, personnel reserves, etc.) Examination and implementation of changing requirements in payroll accounting (e.g. legal change) Analysis of existing processes and identification of possible optimization potentials

A completed commercial training and experience in payment accounting Good knowledge of current pay tax and social security law Good knowledge in dealing with the current MS Office programs Very good knowledge of payroll accounting systems, ideally with Loga A high level of commitment, strong service orientation, self-initiative and self-employment Embossed team capability, reliability and loadability High problem solving capability Fun and interest in transformation processes
