You take over the independent palliative care of our patients: in the outpatient service and create a dignified atmosphere in their usual environment. You create and control individual care plans in close coordination with our interdisciplinary team from doctor:inside and therapist:inside. As a central contact person, advise and accompany the relatives in this challenging life phase. You ensure the treatment quality through careful care documentation and actively contribute your expertise to regular case meetings. You actively shape the construction of our new Palliative Facility and bring your ideas and experiences to shape the future of care.

You bring a completed training as a nurse (m/w/d) and a further education in the field of palliative care. For outpatient care, you have a class B licence. Their work is characterised by empathy and respect in dealing with patients: both inside and their relatives. As a reliable team member you appreciate the close cooperation in the interdisciplinary team. You want to actively shape our new facility and bring a high self-motivation. You speak fluently German (C1 level) to ensure clear and secure communication.
