Your duties

• simultaneous control of several renovation projects in housing construction
• Professional leadership of construction managers, construction managers and quality managers (m/w/d)
• Economic and technical optimization of execution planning
• Construction site processing and control up to successful acceptance
• Supporting our clients and central contact persons (m/w/d) for all involved in the construction

Your profile

• a degree in engineering, architecture or training/further education as master or technician (m/w/d)
• Multiannual professional experience required in construction management
• Enforcement and safe and sovereign appearance
• high technical knowledge, economic and cross-sectoral thinking
• Enthusiasm for this leadership task
