As a project manager, you are part of the ''Infrastructure Projects'' department. This is responsible, among other things, for new buildings, extensions or major renovations of existing buildings of the VGF. The range ranges from technical buildings to social buildings to farms or office buildings with special use - such as the building of the operating control center. He also coordinates and manages new construction projects planned and built by third parties, such as Hessen Mobil, SBHG or SBEV. This concerns all planning and construction phases. You take over the project management of infrastructure and construction projects in the role of the contractor representation Your area of responsibility includes cost, time and quality control as well as the creation of decision templates You coordinate planning and construction application procedures As project manager:include projects from target finding to realization You work interdisciplinary and coordinate colleagues from different disciplines Your tasks include coordination and performance control of external planning offices and experts

You bring a completed degree in the field of architecture, civil engineering, transport planning or a comparable course of study with You have already gained experience in project management and planning of infrastructure and/or construction projects and are familiar with relevant standards and laws such as e.g. HOAI, VOB, HBO etc You have very good knowledge of MS Office as well as experience with AVA and CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit) Communication strength, enforcing ability and motivability are your own You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing
