To strengthen the team, we are looking for a leader in quality (m/w/d), who takes responsibility for ensuring and developing product quality and supports the company with its expertise. In this role, you are not only responsible for the strategic orientation of quality assurance, but also work closely with the testing team and production to optimize processes directly on site.

Development and implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure the highest product quality across all stages of production Operational responsibility for close cooperation with the testing team and production to implement continuous improvements Contact persons for all quality-relevant topics both internally and externally, including customer communication Representation of the company in quality matters Leadership and further development of a dedicated team of quality assurance experts Conducting audits and analyses to identify potential improvements and to ensure zero-error rates Active cooperation in daily production and testing to address quality challenges directly

Complete studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, plastics technology or comparable technical training Knowledge of production technology and experience in the production of metal and plastic parts Experience gained in quality assurance of technical products and the application of quality methods such as CVP, 5S and FMEA Electrotechnical knowledge is desirable Structured, analytical thinking and the ability to develop creative and sustainable solutions An authentic and convincing appearance, paired with enforcement
