You keep the flow of goods running: As a Flow Controller / Leadership Logistics m w d at the warehouse control stand in Poing, you are the operating clock generator of our outbound warehouse management. You make sure that every day thousands of orders leave our warehouse efficiently, on time and in the highest quality.

You control our material flow in real time, coordinate commissioning waves, prioritise orders and ensure that employees, systems and processes work together optimally.

The leadership is the central nerve center of our logistics. Here, all operational information is merged and here you meet the decisions that make the difference.

You control the outbound goods flow and make sure that our daily shipping destinations are reached You monitor our material flow and warehouse systems in real time and guide the necessary measures in case of deviations As a central contact person, you coordinate cooperation between operations, technology, IT and external service providers The prioritization of orders and picking waves is in your hands as well as the optimal utilization of our processes and systems In addition, you are responsible for the stock quality in our variety and buffer systems You ensure compliance with our service levels and shipping promises Through close cooperation with the outbound leadership teams, you identify optimization potentials and advance continuous improvements

A completed training in the field of logistics, for example as a specialist in warehouse logistics or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in operational logistics control, ideally in the e-commerce, filling or warehouse environment Analytical thinking and a pronounced understanding of logistical processes Very good Excel knowledge as well as safe handling with MS Office Openness for new systems and applications such as ELMS, KiSoft or Power BI Good knowledge of German and English (at least B2 level) Willingness to work in the weekly changing 2-shift system (breakfast 06:15 - 14:37 and late shift 11:26 - 19:48) A structured, solution-oriented way of working together with different interfaces The location for this position is our logistics location in Poing. After successful integration, there is the possibility to work on the mobile one to two days a week. .
