Processing of customer orders from receipt to dispatch Completion of all transit, freight and customs documents, trade certificates, originating products and monitoring of export documents Compliance, control and safeguarding the current legal bases in the customs field Application for necessary permits for customs processing Care of the article and material strains (tarifing, etc.) Implementation of the audit of invoices for customs duties Consultation and support of specialised departments in customs matters Contact person for authorities (customs, export and exit customs office, BAFA etc.) and service provider (suppliers, loaders, logistics, etc.)

Vocational training with corresponding training in the field of export / customs or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in the field of export / logistics Good SAP knowledge in the SD/MM module and MS office Knowledge of ASSIST 4 (AEB) Good knowledge of the EU Customs Code and other valid regulations / legal bases Good English knowledge of word and writing Embossed communication and team skills
