Kauffrau/-mann fÃ1⁄4r Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen or Medizin/zahnmedizin Fachanarbeiter fÃ1⁄4r uns Department Performance Accounting (m/w/d)

Your tasks

• Collection of customer and damage data for performance regulation
• Processing and processing of benefits for our products in the field of health insurance (external travel illnesses, teeth, glasses). Assistance u.a.) and travel insurance (travel cancellation, travel baggage, mobile phone) or liability insurance
• Oral and written correspondence with customers, hospitals and doctors or experts
• Technical assessment of performance claims
• Coordination of damage processing
• Acquisition of administrative and preparatory work within the team

Your profile

• Training for merchants - Insurance & Finance - or alternative commercial training (office, bank, forwarding, trade, etc.) or medical/ dental professionals desirable

• PC knowledge and secure spelling skills
• readiness to participate in insurance topics
