Consulting & implementation: You develop individual reinsurance solutions and accompany modernizations from analysis to process design. Customer interface: Underwriting, Claims and Accounting requirements are translated into specific user stories and control the implementation. Software conception: You will take care of the design and implementation of the portals as well as systems for brokers: interiors, stocks, damages and services. Quality & Processes: With your attention to detail and your structured way of working, you can ensure that business and IT processes become more efficient, more stable and high-quality – from analysis to testing. Presales & Growth: You are introducing yourself into RFI/RFPs, demos and presentations, and are visibly promoting business success. Digital Re & Enablement: The further development of our digital re-services will drive you forward and share your knowledge in training and workshops.

Completion: A study of economic and economic informatics or a comparable qualification form the basis of your profile. Professional experience: You have 3-5 years of professional experience and know the reinsurance industry and bring experience from underwriting, claims and/or technical accounting. Customer Focus: You understand the needs of your client: and develop solutions that create measurable added value. Methodology competence: A sovereign handling of agile methods, tools and design-thinking approaches is of course targeted for you and you tax projects.
