Support and representation of the management in technical, organisational and human matters Own-sponsored participation in cross-sector topics and projects, in particular in the areas of event management, finance, organisation and digitalisation Preparation, monitoring and follow-up of regular meetings, including writing Legal advice and support of the City Council, its bodies and the Foreign Affairs Council Processing of communicative questions as well as the perception of legal interests of the city councillor Ensuring compliance with legal and data protection requirements

Successfully completed second legal state exam (full jury*in) Detectable, multi-year professional experience Knowledge of local and data protection law Competent and willingness to take over management and personnel responsibility in office Interest in a variety of tasks – beyond classic legal activity A practical, grounded and solution-oriented way of working – you do not hesitate to take over tasks for which no legal study is required. Embossed self-organisation and the ability to structure and prioritize tasks independently Responsibility, organisational skills and joy in team work A proactive way of working – you recognize the need for action at an early stage and bring your own ideas to the further development of processes with Intercultural competence and gender competence The willingness to participate in the regular committee meetings held in the evening hours and the willingness to participate in occasional weekend events Secure knowledge of German language in word and font (min. level C2 CEFR)
