Our client is an established medium-sized company of the bakery/confectionery industry in the Munich area. The company has its own production and several sales locations and stands for high-quality products, stable structures and sustainable growth. To strengthen the existing management and directly to the managing director, we are looking for an experienced Manager (m/w/d) with responsibility for production, finance and business management

Production: Total responsibility for the production organization / Ensuring quality, efficiency and production standards / Leadership and development of employees / Analysis and optimization of production processes / Control of production quantities and capacities / Planning and optimization of the machine park / Investment planning in production Finance: Analysis of the cost-effectiveness of individual products / Cost-effectiveness analyses of the branch locations / Creation and evaluation of economic indicators / Participation in financial planning / Accompanying the annual accounts / Liquidity planning and budget control / Development of administrative and commercial processes

multiannual experience in bakery and bakery Confectionery industry strong staff management experience sound business understanding (controlling, cost accounting) Experience in optimizing production processes entrepreneurial thinking and decision-making structured and solution-oriented operation
