When planning, operating and eliminating high-availability, redundant IP backbone networks and security services, you can support the team. Ensuring resilience, availability of the IP backbone network, IP services and protection against cyber attacks on our infrastructure are your tasks. You are responsible for capacity planning, network expansion and infrastructure optimization. You act as a technical contact (w/m/d) for internal and external customers and ensure smooth cooperation with service providers, system manufacturers and partners. The optimization of processes for automation as well as the creation and improvement of technical documentation and plan documents complete your task area.

Complete study of information and telecommunications technology or comparable training Comprehensive expertise in the field of IP and Securtity, ideally with a focus on engineering or 3rd level support Administration and Troubleshooting of Routing and Firewall Systems from leading manufacturers, e.g. Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, as well as experience in Vulnerability Management and DdoS environment Certifications in the Cisco and Fortinet environment would be beneficial, Cisco CCNPNetwork / Security, Fortinet Certified Fundamentals (FCF) or Fortinet Certified Associate (FCA) Multiannual experience in securing day-to-day business, coverage of service times and participation in call-readiness services Experiences with ISO 27001, information security, IT basic protection and ITIL framework
