Head of Division (m/w/d) Group Treasury and Risk Management

Group Treasury and Risk manages the strategic and operational management of the Group-wide treasury and risk management activities of the Cewe Group. It is responsible for technical and disciplinary leadership, ensuring the treasury processes. Cash management: development of gull-wide policies, management of payment transactions, cash pools, account disposition, investment and foreign currency strategies as well as liquidity planning and reporting Treasury Systems: Choice, Conception and Implementation of a Treasury Management System Treasury Reporting: Development and development of reporting structures on liquidity, cash and balance sheet figures Risk management: monitoring of interest and monetary risks, safeguard measures and compiling risk reports for bodies Financing: Development and implementation of the financing strategy, management of intercompany financing and maintenance of bank relationships Stakeholder Management: Cooperation within the CFO Organisation and the International Group-wide Financial Organisation Leadership & Final Support: Leadership of employees and projects and support for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

Qualification: Completed studies in BWL, Finance, Controlling or comparable Professional experience: At least 10 years of operational and strategic treasury including leadership experience Expertise: experience with banking relationships, consultants and intercompany financing as well as sound know-how in liquidity planning, reporting and accounting (HGB/IFRS) IT skills: Very good MS‐Office skills and experience with TMS, 360T and market data platforms Language knowledge: flowing German and English Working method: Analytical conceptual, structured and independent work with high solution orientation Personality: Cooperative leadership style, communication and enforcement strength, result orientation and high integrity
