In your role as team leader, you take responsible tasks and bring your expertise, leadership skills and passion for care.

You are the link between our motivated nursing team and the nursing service – and play a central role when it comes to shaping quality, coexistence and humanity.

This position offers you design space, development possibilities and the opportunity to really do something – for your team and for the people we care about.

What we want from you:

• Three-year exams in the areas of old care or health care and (children) nursing
• Professional experience desirable in extraclinical intensive care
• Management experience is desirable, but no need
• Responsive and structured operation
• sensitivity, communication strength and team skills

Your diverse task:

• You are still part of the nursing team and are thus the interface to the nursing service management
• Office activities and services in the 1:1 supply of children and adults
• Ensuring high care quality and implementation of MD exam guidelines
• Service and holiday planning
• You are contact person for clients and their relatives
