First-level support service management (m/f/d)

General responsibility for building, leadership and further development of first-level support

Leadership, development and motivation of employees incl. Target agreements, feedback, coaching and performance management

Ensuring efficient operational processes and continuous optimization of processes and resource planning

Responsibility for service quality, customer management and escalation management to internal and external stakeholders

Promoting knowledge transfer, best practices and professional development in the team

Active change management and cooperation with internal interfaces (e.g. Product Owner, Sales, HR, Controlling)

Representation of responsibility to internal bodies and external partners

completed studies (e.g. business informatics, computer science, BWL) or comparable qualifications; alternative IT vocational training with multi-year relevant professional experience Multiannual experience in IT service or support environment, ideally in first-level support, as well as first leadership experience

Knowledge in IT service management (e.g. ITIL) and experience in operational service management, resource planning and escalation management

Experience in cross-departmental cooperation and dealing with change processes

Impressed customer and service orientation with a view to quality, cost-effectiveness and employee satisfaction

High readiness and motivation for professional and personal development

Ideally background in the medical-technical or medical-care environment or Willingness to work in hospital processes and the software ORBIS

Communication strength and joy in solution-oriented cooperation with customers
